Description
Learn the basics of handbuilding with air-dry clay and take home your own cheerful spring bird and nest. Air dry clay is a versatile and affordable clay option, which will allow us to explore pinch pots, coil building, natural textures, slump molds, and more! You'll leave with a clay creation that will need to dry for several days before you can apply the surface treatment of your own choosing at home. We will share examples and recommendations for paints, washes, and other finishing options that you can explore on your own. Feel free to bring your own natural inspirations, such as twigs, feathers, nests, or leaves!
Materials Fee: $15 - Will be paid to the instructor day of the class (cash or check)
